Asset Lending Scoring

We have developed a specialised Asset Back Lending tool, a self-learning Scoring system with more than 36 data input fields drawn from Big Data sources, government databases and historical performance information, to deliver a unique level of default prediction that lets us issue the best decision for our clients based on a three-pronged matrix: Loan, Borrower and Collateral.

The borrower's information is analysed from the average default rate by age to the DTI ratio and payment-incident records, in order to fine-tune our decisions especially for loans with a French amortisation system.

Type of collateral, market size and liquidation value are assessed alongside local liquidation ratios to measure the exit possibilities of our loans under American and bullet-payment systems.

LTV and LTLV with a calculated limit, together with a minimum income level, in order to keep a safe distance from real-estate consumer-protection regulations.

Principal capital, amortisation system, APR and duration are evaluated against the specific criteria of the investor's profile, taking income commitments into account.
