It is a loan granted to a natural or legal person by providing a property (flat, house or commercial premises) that will act as collateral for the repayment of the loan.
The minimum amount you can apply for is €20,000, with no maximum limit. The amount will always be determined by the value of the collateral provided, since the lenders we work with only finance up to 35% of the value of your collateral.
No, the properties mortgaged as collateral for the loan must be free of encumbrances. In some cases, when the outstanding mortgage balance is very low in relation to the value of the property, it is possible to authorise a second mortgage without cancelling the first.
To assess the granting of your loan, it will be enough to answer a few simple questions so that we can determine whether your application is viable. Once your application is accepted, we will request the minimum documentation possible to make the contracting process as quick and straightforward as possible.
Once your loan has been approved, we will request an appraisal of the property on which the mortgage is to be constituted; within approximately three days we will have the appraisal report and we will contact you to review the loan conditions again and set a signing date. All our operations are signed before a notary public to provide our clients with maximum legal certainty.
You can cancel the loan at any time, paying interest only for the time elapsed and, in addition, on some of our loans, no early-repayment fee will be applied!
